"Human rights are relative to the culture within which they are defined." I really like this. I don't think it's ethical to try and "fix" the whole world. Why can't we just let people navigate social interactions in their own ways with their own cultural norms? Maybe they hate colonialism because it hits too close to home for them? ;) Because, that's ultimately what they want, a world where they dominate and have control over others, destroying cultures and demoralizing them.
